This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is based in Allentown, PA, serving a K-1st grade student population within a dynamic K-12 school environment. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek during the school year on a contract basis, working with an engaging caseload of 84 students. Of these, 45 receive speech and language services exclusively, while 43 students are served through special education programs focused on learning support and emotional support.
Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. You will design and implement individualized therapy plans and collaborate closely with educators and families to support student progress. This role requires delivering services in both individual and small group settings within the school framework.
Desired qualifications and credentials for this role include:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Pennsylvania SLP License
- Pennsylvania School Clearances
