Logistics Coordinator
Location: Torrance, CA | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm
Employment Type: Full‐Time, On‐Site
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail‐oriented Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international shipping, inventory accuracy, and key retailer logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‐paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple shipments and deadlines at once.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all domestic & international shipments and delivery schedules.
- Manage logistics for major accounts including Costco, Walmart, Target, iHerb, and more.
- Prepare accurate BOLs, POs, packing slips, and ensure correct HS codes for international orders.
- Maintain data and inventory accuracy in NetSuite ERP and key account portals.
- Reconcile 3PL inventory, process transfer orders, and update inbound inventory.
- Resolve shipping delays, warehouse issues, and driver pickup discrepancies.
- Track all logistics info using Google Drive and Excel.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of domestic & international logistics experience (retail experience preferred).
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve issues quickly.
- Dietary supplement industry experience is a plus.
