Overview
This position provides support to Directors and Managers in recruitment, hiring and retention.
Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Staff recruitment (monitoring applications, complete phone screenings and facilitate interviews)
- Referral list management (ensuring clients on the service waitlists are contacted when availability arises)
- Light reception/front desk work (answering phones, checking clients in, covering when receptionist is not there)
- Assisting employees in completing enrollment and credentialing for new employees
- Tracking orientation training progress for new hires
- Tracking and reporting status changes
- A variety of other duties related to staff recruitment, support and training
- Reporting to Directors and Managers on all of the above
Type: Full-time, Part-time. No less than 24hrs/week (0.6 FTE)
Location: Duluth, MN
Pay: $18-$20 DOQ
Qualifications:
Experience or training in administrative supports. Experience in Human Resources preferred. Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
