Our Customer Care Manager (CCM) is responsible for the performance of the Customer Care Department in our newest warehouse location in Charlotte, NC. The CCM will recruit, mentor, coach and develop Customer Care Specialists (CCS) to deliver a superior customer experience via telephone, chat, in person, or by email to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of service issues. They will provide ongoing training for the CCSs in these areas: relevant LAC applications, departmental processes and procedures, account set-up, products and services, company’s website features and functionality.

The Customer Care Manager manages the workflow in the department, assigning tasks and responsibilities daily. They coach and develop their team on how to provide a superior customer experience and communicate with professionalism and a personal touch.

Working in conjunction with the Corporate Senior Customer Care Manager, the CCM will interface daily with the Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Contracts and the Regulatory Compliance Specialist to consistently communicate workflow.

Who Are You?

  • BS/BA or associate’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; prior management experience preferred
  • Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with others
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Strong organization and prioritizing skills
  • Attention to details and follows through on assigned tasks and projects
  • Proficiency at MS Office, MS Excel
  • A can-do attitude with excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
