This contract position spans the entire school year, offering a chance to impact student communication development from early childhood through adolescence.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC).
- Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist certification.
- Experience working within K-12 educational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Familiarity with current practices in speech and language intervention strategies.
