About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain project workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
