Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established team. The ideal candidate is dependable, a strong team player, and dedicated to working hard to grow their career in a supportive, positive environment.
Availability to work weekends is required.
Experience with all of our specialty services is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for therapists who are eager to learn and uphold our standards of five-star service.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each guest’s needs and goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space at all times
- Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Deliver consistently high-quality service that reflects our 28+ year reputation
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper disinfection of tools and treatment areas
- Collaborate with the spa team to maintain a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
- Current Florida Massage Therapy License
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to high standards of guest care, confidentiality, and ethics
- Experience is preferred, but motivated therapists with a strong desire to learn and grow will be considered
