Job Description
This role focuses on accurately picking and preparing orders using RF scanners, organizing and palletizing products for shipment, and supporting overall warehouse operations through inventory control and stock replenishment in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Palletize products according to specific work orders and shipping requirements.
- Shrink wrap pallets to secure products for outgoing shipments.
- Stage completed pallets in designated areas using pallet jacks within the warehouse.
- Replenish stock in assigned locations to ensure product availability and proper rotation.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including counting, tracking, and verifying stock levels.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient warehouse operations.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of production or warehouse experience.
- Experience with general labor tasks in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to use RF scanners for picking and tracking inventory.
- Basic picking and packing skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks to move and stage pallets.
- Familiarity with forklift operations in a warehouse environment (if required by the facility).
- Strong ability to follow written work orders and verbal instructions.
- Reliability and consistency in meeting productivity and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control or stock replenishment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed for warehouse operations.
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
