The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards of care, and managing financial performance.</p>
<p>What is needed for this position:</p>

<li>Active Nursing Home Administrator license in CA</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing home administration</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets</li>
<li>Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community</li>
