We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building long-term relationships with clients and meeting sales goals.

Electronauts is a fast-growing custom cable, control panel and networking company, tailoring solutions to each of our customer’s needs. We are passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and building a dynamic team that thrives on success.

Responsibilities:

· Identify new customer opportunities.

· Cold Calling

· Maintain and build long-term customer relationships.

· Review component and labor costs, as well as generate quotes.

· Collaborate with the Production, Purchasing and Engineering Departments.

· Monitor status of assemblies, projects, lead times, and tracking information on individual components.

· Implement plans to grow new and existing customer accounts.

· Provides monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) reports to the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

· Sales experience.

· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

· Excellent negotiation, and communication skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.

· Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce software

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Knowledge of manufacturing, electrical, cables, wire harness, control panels, networking beneficial.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
