We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join a large team working on industrial projects. This role involves performing electrical installations in compliance with local codes and project specifications. The position offers opportunity for advancement and occasional onsite travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations including EMT, conduit, and cable tray
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Use standard hand and power tools, including tugger, meg, and Nichol 555
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Collaborate effectively as part of a large project team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical work
- Proven experience as an electrician on industrial projects
- Ability to pass a DBIDS background check for base access
- Possess own tools and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Strong focus on safety compliance
- Experienced in the use of electrical tools and testing equipment
