Position Summary
The Journeyman Program Analyst PMA 280 Advanced Concepts & Technologies IPT Lead applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Responsibilities
- Communication and Coordination
- Program Office internal and external communications (other IPTs and Ops/PMA EA)
- Stakeholder Interaction and Coordination
- Security logistics, Visit Requests, and Travel arrangements.
- Meeting Agenda, RFIs, RFAs, Minutes, and Action Item Tracking/Resolution
- Data Call / Request for Information (RFI) / Questions for the Record (QFR)
- Internal PEO data calls
- External data calls (Congressional, Senate, etc.)
- Maintain database organization, file management, data disposition
- Maintain IPT Calendar and Schedules
- Meetings
- Coordinate logistics, reservations, speakers, notes, and gather inputs for weekly and standup meetings
- Document meeting minutes and action items
- Coordinate presentations with Level I IPTs and, Functional Leads Scheduler, RIO Manager, working groups
- Coordinate and host meetings as required
- Liaison with all stakeholders or key representatives
- Maintain and periodically update IPT Organization Chart
Required Education
- BS or BA degree in a business, management or an engineering management discipline. Allowable substitution: an AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Required Experience
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be at least two (2) years of NAVAIR experience related to operations support.
Must work onsite 100% of the time at NAVAIR, located Lexington Park, Maryland.
Must possess a Secret security clearance.
Starting salary range between $80,000 - $125,000 annually.
