What You’ll Do
As an Optician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients in selecting eyewear that suits their style, needs, and prescription.
- Accurately measuring and fitting glasses to ensure optimal comfort and vision.
- Educating patients on lens options, frame styles, and proper eyewear care.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with patients.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a candidate who brings both expertise and a friendly demeanor to the role. To thrive in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Optician or in a related role.
- Strong customer service and people skills to create a welcoming environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with prescriptions and measurements.
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering top-notch care.
