About the Role
As the Senior Commercial Lines Client Manager, Team Leader, you get to be involved in every aspect of this insurance agency’s non-sales operations. Customer service, retention, training, workflows, and best practices are some of your focus areas along with maintaining account management responsibilities for select agency accounts, typically larger and more complex accounts.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry experience including some time spent working for a agency
- Prior responsibilities for team leadership, mentoring, training, or management
- State insurance license
