As a customer service dispatcher, you will respond to customer calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinates field technicians or drivers. You act as the primary communication link between the company and its field staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer communication:

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and communicate with customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments.

  • Scheduling and dispatching:

Schedule service calls and assign the appropriate technician or driver to each job based on expertise and availability.

  • Coordination and monitoring:

Monitor the progress of field staff, track arrival times, and communicate updates to customers.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Customer service:

Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills to provide a positive customer experience.

  • Organization and multi-tasking:

The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving:

The ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and effectively.

Benefits begin after a 90-day probationary period.

Must be available to work different shifts between the hours of 7am and 9pm.

Salary 17+ per hour depending on experience.
