Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF / Rehab – Day Shift

Location: Brooklyn Park, MD 21225, skilled nursing facility with Powerback rehab program (client name omitted externally).

Dates: 02/23/26 – 05/25/26 (14 weeks)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 30‑minute unpaid meal (5×8s)

Guaranteed hours: 35 hours/week

Gross Blended Rate: $50-$60 p/h
Setting and duties

SNF/k rehab environment providing post‑acute and long‑term rehabilitation services with a full interdisciplinary therapy team.

Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients for mobility, strength, balance, transfers, gait, and functional independence to support discharge or long‑term goals.

Develop and progress PT plans of care, provide patient and caregiver education, collaborate with nursing and other disciplines, and document daily notes and progress in the EMR.
Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license for Maryland (or compact eligible), in good standing.

Graduation from an accredited PT program (DPT, MSPT, or Bachelors per state standards).

Prior SNF or skilled rehab experience preferred; comfortable with a full 5×8 day‑shift schedule in a high‑volume rehab setting
