Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 months (with potential for multi-year extension)
Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week in Sandy Springs, GA
About the Role
We are seeking a highly polished, experienced Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a large, fast-paced organization undergoing a major integration across multiple business entities — including U.S. and international teams. This is a high-visibility role that requires excellent judgment, professionalism, and the ability to partner confidently across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
You will manage recruiting operations end-to-end — job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates through offer and pre-employment steps. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, who will manage communication with hiring managers and set the overall search strategy, while you own day-to-day recruiting execution.
This role moves quickly, involves working with many internal partners, and requires exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal expectations.
- Create, publish, and manage job postings across approved platforms.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on defined position requirements.
- Coordinate interview logistics, schedules, and communication between candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support pre-employment activities including background checks and required documentation.
- Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide ongoing updates and reporting to Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Support recruiting efforts related to team integration and organizational alignment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Experience interacting confidently with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Highly polished communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar ATS platforms preferred.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with onsite presence three days per week.
