The Opportunity
You will take on a vital role in field operations by executing precise layout and paint applications for high-visibility infrastructure. This position allows you to work independently with advanced striping equipment while ensuring the safety and quality of parking lots and roadways. How You Will Make an Impact
- Operate heavy paint striping equipment independently to line parking lots, roadways, and bike lanes.
- Execute precise layout designs and apply specialty markings for commercial and federal projects.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize field downtime.
- Set up active construction zones and coordinate traffic control to ensure team safety.
- Collaborate with field crews to deliver high-quality workmanship that meets strict client guidelines.
- Provide open feedback to management to improve daily operational workflows and field efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating paint striping equipment in a construction environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in active construction zones and manage physical demands.
- Proven capability to interpret project layouts and execute work independently with high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime as project demands dictate.
- Willingness to travel up to 33% of working hours to local project sites.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of commercial roadway or parking lot striping experience.
- Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
