Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller that will report directly to the CFO and will be a key player in leadership. This role requires a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and significant experience working with private equity-backed companies. The successful candidate will supervise a small team and be responsible for month-end close, consolidations, intercompany transactions, technical accounting, cash flow analysis, and occasional travel. Located in Lehigh County, PA, on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting professionals.

Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Oversee all consolidations and intercompany transactions.

Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards.

Conduct cash flow analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with the CFO on financial planning and analysis.

Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and advisors.

Travel as required for business needs.
Qualifications:

CPA certification is preferred

Proven experience working with private equity-backed companies.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Background in Big 4 public accounting is required.

Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
$135,000 – $145,000
