Job DescriptionAnnuals Processor - Contract, Hiring Now

The Annuals Processor position is available in the Weston, FL area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial, especially during the busy quarter-end processing period.

Shift of the Annuals Processor:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST - Some earlier mornings and evenings based on workload + deadlines. Weekend requirements include MLK Day on January 19th and working Saturday January 17th and Saturday January 24th.

Contract: January 15th - January 30th

Pay Rate/Salary of the Annuals Processor:
$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities of the Annuals Processor:

Match quarterly returns and checks and audit for accuracy.
Log off quarterly returns and checks.
Box and mail tax returns and checks to agencies.
Process tax returns and checks manually using Excel.
Ensure high attention to detail throughout the manual processing tasks.

Qualifications of the Annuals Processor:

Must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required during Quarter-End.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Beginning to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Proficient in working with multiple systems and tools to perform job functions.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
