About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in Colorado. This position replaces a promoted internal team member — a testament to our company’s commitment to developing and advancing our people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects ranging from $20M–$60M.
• Manage operations in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain open communication with clients, project managers, and design teams.
• Enforce company safety standards and jobsite documentation protocols.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of General Superintendent Experience
• Proven healthcare construction experience is required.
• Strong background in managing large, complex, and occupied medical facility projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay temporarily on-site (housing or RV expenses reimbursed).
