Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekend coverage from Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM
- Commit to one weekend per month
- Perform 2-4 surgeries during the weekend coverage
- Handle 24-hour call and rounding duties
- Manage adult and pediatric general ENT cases
- Utilize an on-call triage service for most inquiries
- Provide ongoing coverage for 12-15 months
- Obtain necessary hospital privileges
