Professional Window Tinters is a family-owned company proudly serving South Florida since 1981. We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys being part of a team-focused company culture.
Position Details
• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays when needed
• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries
• Schedule estimates and installation appointments
• Confirm next-day appointments with clients
• Create invoices and process payments
• Maintain organized customer files and records
• Coordinate schedules with installation team
• Follow up on unpaid invoices when needed
• Assist with general office organization and administrative support
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and office software skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Florida Driver’s License preferred
Requirements
• Professional business dress code required
• No shorts, sandals, tank tops, or t-shirts during working hours
• Must pass background screening / provide police clearance letter
• Must maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and staff
