Job Details:
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse or Travel LPN Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 Shift: 12 Hour (7am-7:30pm) Contract: 9 weeks 
Start: ASAP&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be licensed LPN</li>
<li>Must have BLS/CPR&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with SNF/LTC preferred</li>
<li>Must be COVID Vaccinated or Religious Exemption</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Record a patient's medical history accurately.</li>
<li>Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.</li>
<li>Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.</li>
<li>Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.</li>
