Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the maintenance manager.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing maintenance schedules and tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in engineering or equivalent.
- Prior experience working as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
