- Position: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)\n
- Setting: Nuclear Medicine Department – diagnostic imaging, SPECT/PET capabilities\n
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts (7:00am – 3:00pm), 40 hours/week\n
- Weekend Call: Every 3rd weekend (8:00am – 12:00pm, Saturday & Sunday)\n
- Orientation: Biweekly sessions provided\n
- Work Type: Travel healthcare job, temporary assignment (local candidates not accepted)\n
\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)\n
- Active ARRT certification (Nuclear Medicine)\n
- Valid Vermont State Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMRT/NMT) license\n
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)\n
- Ability to participate in weekend call rotation\n
- Reliable vehicle required (public transportation not available)\n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide a complete work history (include facility details and explanations for any employment gaps over 30 days)\n
- Applicants must be willing to travel for this assignment; local candidates are not accepted\n
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures following established protocols and radiation safety standards\n
- Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures\n
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment (SPECT, PET/CT as applicable)\n
- Accurately document patient information, procedure notes, and results in the EMR system\n
- Participate in the scheduled weekend call rotation and provide on-call coverage when assigned\n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care\n
- Maintain regulatory compliance, radiation safety, and departmental policies at all times\n
