Our organization, a leading physician practice management firm focused exclusively on women's health, is in search of a full-time OB/GYN to join our partner practice, River and Coast Women's Care, which serves the expanding communities in Northeast Florida.
About the Practice
River and Coast Women's Care is a well-respected, patient-focused practice known for its compassionate and individualized approach to women's health. The facility provides a wide range of obstetric and gynecologic services within a modern setting and a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Locations: Two office locations - Southside Jacksonville and St. Johns
- Hospital Affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries are conducted at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside and Baptist Medical Center South, with plans to include Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County.
- Team Structure: Comprises 4 Board-Certified OB/GYNs and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Call Schedule: Midwives handle first call; physicians are contacted only for obstetric emergencies or complications, with additional hospitalist support available.
- Patient Volume: Each physician typically sees around 25 patients daily.
- Culture: A supportive and collegial environment that prioritizes work-life balance.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary for Year 1: $300,000
- Attractive Sign-On Bonus
