Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our clinical and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (front desk, scheduling, patient flow)
  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Manage provider schedules and coordinate appointments (in-person & telehealth)
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
  • Handle patient inquiries, escalations, and overall satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of healthcare office management or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical office operations and scheduling systems
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in family practice or behavioral/mental health settings
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and basic billing processes
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred, not required)
