Make a real difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and well-being in a vibrant K-12 school setting! This full-time School Psychologist opportunity offers a chance to work closely with a diverse student population, including those with autism, learning disabilities, speech and language challenges, as well as deaf and hard of hearing students. The position involves working within a single building, providing consistency and the chance to build meaningful relationships with students and staff alike.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification (Tier III license or equivalent experience required)
  • Open to new graduates eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
  • Experience with initial and reevaluations, as well as counseling for a small caseload
  • Understanding of the unique needs of students with disabilities, including autism and sensory impairments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological testing for approximately 50 students
  • Perform initial evaluations (up to 10 annually)
  • Provide individualized and group counseling services for about 10 students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and specialized staff to design and implement effective support plans
  • Offer expertise in response to intervention models, data-driven decision making, and special education procedures

This is a full-time contract position, five days per week. Consideration will be given to candidates interested in part-time roles (3-4 days onsite). You’ll work within one school building, offering continuity and an opportunity to develop strong student connections.
