The role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 4, 2026, offering consistent full-time hours in a collaborative environment.

- Para certification or equivalent experience working with children in educational settings
- Ability to foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for elementary-age students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, with a commitment to consistent attendance and professionalism
- Flexibility and willingness to support teachers and students with various classroom needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and daily routines
- Provide individual and small group support to students, adapting to their unique learning needs
- Foster student engagement and positive behavior in the classroom
- Aid in classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and supervision of students
- Collaborate with education team members to deliver an inclusive and welcoming learning environment
