FTE: 0.5 Shift: Evening Schedule: 4pm - 2:30am Sat/Sun

Position Overview

The role of Ultrasound Technologist presents a fantastic chance to become part of our proficient Imaging/Radiology team. In this position, you will conduct diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures that necessitate independent judgment, creativity, and initiative. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will ensure that our patients receive the most thorough and compassionate imaging care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and therapeutic or interventional ultrasound procedures.
  • Utilize independent judgment, initiative, and innovative thinking to develop effective work solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduated or eligible for graduation within six months from a recognized ultrasound technology training program.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • If awaiting registration, must complete the necessary certification within 12 months of employment.
  • Prior experience as an Ultrasonographer is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. In compliance with various pay transparency regulations, we provide a competitive salary range for each position. The pay scale for this role is $47.60 - $74.69 USD. However, compensation may vary based on individual factors such as skills, experience level, and certifications or education. If this position falls under a union contract, pay will align with the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant’s years of experience.
