Custom Cabinet Shop is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator/Drafter with measuring experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, likes variety, and excels at keeping multiple projects moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately measure job sites and translate field data into detailed cabinet drawings
- Prepare clear and accurate estimates for residential and commercial cabinetry projects
- Follow up with clients to gather missing details, confirm selections, and ensure accuracy before production
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and our production team to ensure alignment
- Help manage timelines, changes, and multiple jobs at once
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation (you’ll be out in the field regularly)
- Strong math and drafting skills
- Clear, professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and our team.
- Someone who’s driven, flexible, and not afraid to roll with shifting priorities
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your cool (or your tape measure)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with cabinet design software, Cabinet Vision experience, will earn you gold stars
- Background in construction, carpentry, or cabinetry
