Project Manager – Anthem Pools (Luxury Outdoor Construction)

Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of pool and outdoor construction projects—from pre-construction planning through final completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Anthem Pools’ high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
This position requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple pool and outdoor construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule all phases of construction:

- Excavation
- Plumbing & steel
- Gunite/shotcrete
- Tile & coping
- Decking/pavers
- Equipment installation
- Plaster & startup
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and crews to ensure quality and timelines
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays
- Conduct daily site visits and inspections
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and permit requirements
- Communicate consistently with homeowners to provide updates and maintain a high-end client experience
- Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure seamless project handoff
- Manage budgets, track costs, and approve labor invoices
- Identify and solve problems quickly in the field
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Requirements (Must Have)
- Proven experience in construction project management (required)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes (pool construction experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret plans, site layouts, and construction documents
- Experience managing subcontractors and scheduling trades
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality
- Valid driver’s license (Company vehicle provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outdoors and pool construction (gunite, fiberglass, or outdoor living projects)
- Familiarity with Georgia permitting and inspection processes
- Background in high-end residential construction
- Experience with project management software
