Do you believe every parent deserves to birth with dignity, parent with autonomy, and raise babies who are healthy, growing, and thriving?

Join Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a trailblazing, community-based nonprofit with 40+ years of impact as we advance maternal and child health and early childhood development across Pennsylvania and Delaware.

We’re ready to partner with a passionate, innovative, and people-centered Program Manager to join our Healthy Families America (HFA) team. If you’re ready to lead with purpose, your leadership belongs here.

Why Join MCC?

At MCC, our people are the heart of our mission. We live our Core Values every day:

  • Empowerment – Uplifting families and staff to thrive.
  • Innovation – Reimagining how communities can grow stronger together.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-focused organization where your voice matters, your growth is supported, and your work changes lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Balance strategy with connection. You’ll blend in-office leadership with hands-on community engagement to ensure our mission is felt everywhere from team meetings to family doorsteps.
  • Lead with Impact: Oversee day-to-day operations of the HFA program to ensure high-quality, inclusive services for pregnant people, children, and families.
  • Champion Excellence: Guide and support a team of dedicated advocates through reflective supervision, coaching, and professional development.
  • Strengthen Communities: Build partnerships with families, health providers, and community organizations to expand MCC’s reach and impact.
  • Drive Results: Ensure data integrity, program compliance, and quality assurance to keep services strong, innovative, and accountable.
  • Promote Equity: Embed cultural humility and inclusion into every aspect of programming, ensuring services reflect the strengths and needs of the communities we serve.

Who You Are

  • A mission-driven leader with a passion for maternal and child health.
  • A coach and collaborator who inspires others to grow and thrive.
  • Experienced in community engagement, family support, or early childhood programs.
  • Skilled in building trusting relationships with culturally diverse communities.
  • Organized, reflective, and energized by making systems better for families.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Human Services or related field OR Bachelor’s with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort working in the field.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in maternal child health, early childhood, or family services strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of reflective supervision and family-centered, strength-based services.
