As our In-Office Phlebotomist, you'll earn competitive pay between $18-$20 per hour, based on your experience. You'll enjoy a consistent schedule within business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and the chance to work in a professional, collaborative setting.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:
- Current CPT1 certification in the state of California
- 1+ years of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting
- Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
- Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience and bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirable for this phlebotomy position.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN IN-OFFICE PHLEBOTOMIST
In this phlebotomy role, your day will be filled with meaningful, hands-on work. You'll draw blood with care and confidence, collect drug test specimens, review and manage paperwork, perform live scans, and prepare specimens for shipping and spinning. Every task you complete helps ensure accurate results and excellent patient care, making you an essential part of our mission.
