HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Position Summary
Manages recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, credential tracking, training documentation, workforce planning, and compliance with employment law.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in human resources, business administration, or related field

Experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare
-
Knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FCRA, employment law

TB skin test or proof within past year

Job Responsibilities (derived from ARISE policies):

Initiate and complete all background checks per ATC-139

Conduct primary source credential verification for all positions (ATC-139)

Manage credential tracking dashboard with 90/60/30-day expiration alerts (ATC-139)

Conduct monthly OIG LEIE screening for all employees, interns, and volunteers (ATC-139)

Submit LEIE results to Compliance by 5th business day monthly

Administer drug testing program; coordinate with Hancock Gateway Lab (ATC-140)

Manage random drug testing selection process (ATC-140)

Deliver and document orientation for all new hires within 5 business days (ATC-141)

Maintain orientation completion tracker (ATC-141)

Administer performance appraisal process; maintain tracking dashboard (ATC-144)

Run weekly timesheet reports per department; distribute to managers for approval (ATC-407)

Collect and maintain immunization documentation (ATC-139)

Process medical and religious immunization exemption requests (ATC-139)

Conduct exit interviews for all voluntary separations (ATC-142)

Maintain personnel files, health files, and recruitment files (ATC-126)
