- Competitive starting salaries: $128,703.56 - $141,073 DOE
- Generous Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 after training!
- Retention Bonus: $40,000 after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Helicopter Pilot, you will:
- Provide customer-oriented, high-quality air medical transport services.
- Work collaboratively with your team during both flight and ground operations.
- Utilize strong communication and technical skills to support our mission of excellence in the EMS industry.
What We’re Looking ForJob Requirements and Qualifications
- Flight Experience:
- 2,000 total helicopter flight hours.
- 1,000 PIC helicopter flight hours.
- 500 hours cumulative night flight experience.
- 100 hours cumulative IFR experience.
- Certifications:
- Commercial Instrument Helicopter Rating.
- Current Class II Medical Certificate.
- ATP rating preferred.
- Aircraft Experience:
- 250 hours total in Airbus EC-135, H145, or UH-72 (required).
- NVG experience preferred.
- Other Requirements:
- Maximum duty weight (body weight + gear, excluding helmet): 230 lbs.

- Continuous knowledge of aviation SOPs and company processes.
Physical Requirements
- Moderate standing, sitting, and walking.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs from floor to bench height.
- Must meet close and distant visual requirements (Class II Aviation Medical).
- Capable of multitasking and typing.
