We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Office Assistant / Matchmaker to join our team. This unique role combines administrative responsibilities with client interaction, offering an engaging opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping people connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
- Review client profile cards and identify compatible matches
- Contact members to present and discuss potential matches
- Obtain client feedback and approval on selected matches
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable handling phone-based interactions
- Attention to detail and good judgment
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record management
