Instructional Aide Opportunities Per Diem | Peachtree Corners, GA

Flexible, per diem instructional aide positions are available to support students on a 1:1 basis in school settings. These roles are ideal for compassionate professionals interested in making a meaningful impact by assisting students with academics, behavior, and social development under the guidance of teachers and school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small-group academic and behavioral support to students
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to meet school district requirements, including TB test and background clearances (current or willing to obtain prior to start)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), PMT (Positive Management Techniques), or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a team-oriented attitude
