Event Planning & Coordination

Plan, organize, and execute weddings, banquets, corporate outings, golf tournaments, and social events.

Conduct site tours, client meetings, and menu consultations.

Create detailed event orders, timelines, and floor plans.
Client Relations & Sales

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Prepare proposals and contracts; negotiate event packages.

Drive revenue by promoting available event spaces, catering options, and tournament upgrades.
Operations Management

Work closely with the golf pro shop, F&B team, and kitchen to ensure smooth event execution.

Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation for all event areas.
Financial & Administrative

Track event budgets, costs, billing, and profitability.

Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, deposits, and client communications.

Assist with forecasting and annual event planning goals.
Team Leadership

Coordinate staffing needs for banquets and tournaments.

Train and guide team members on event standards and service expectations.

Foster a collaborative, positive work environment across departments.
