We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to lead and execute construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at communicating with internal teams, field staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate project planning activities, including schedule development, resource allocation, procurement, and subcontractor buyouts.

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring scope alignment and identifying potential conflicts or risks.

Prepare and track project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections; monitor job cost reports and control labor productivity.

Lead project meetings and maintain ongoing communication with clients, vendors, consultants, field supervision, and internal departments.

Process and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation accurately and efficiently.

Ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture on all job sites.

Visit job sites regularly to assess progress, resolve issues, and support field leadership.

Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including project status updates and financial reporting.

Support project closeout by ensuring punch list completion, gathering warranties, and finalizing documentation for client turnover.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction.

Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management.

Proficient in construction management software (such as Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Office and field environment; frequent jobsite visits required.

Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and navigate active construction sites.

Must comply with all company safety standards and PPE requirements.
