Job DescriptionAre you experienced in sign manufacturing or custom sign fabrication and ready to step into a role where your skills truly matter? We’re looking for a hands-on Sign Manufacturing Supervisor / Lead Final Assembler who enjoys working with machinery, leading a team, and seeing high-quality projects come together from start to finish. If you take pride in precision, productivity, and teamwork, this could be the right fit for you!Responsibilities:
- Operate sign fabrication and assembly equipment, including channel benders, jigsaws, and heavy-duty machinery
- Cut sign faces, prepare materials, and assemble custom signage according to specifications and quality standards
- Lead and support the final assembly or production team by assigning tasks, training employees, and keeping work moving efficiently
- Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and production schedules to meet daily goals
- Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Assist with material handling and equipment movement using forklifts and scissor lifts as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custom sign manufacturing, sign fabrication, or channel letter assembly
- Experience operating machinery such as channel benders, jigsaws, forklifts, or scissor lifts
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8 AM - 5PM
- Must be flexible
Pay Rate:
- $25 – $30 / Hourly
