Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Operating Room setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt swiftly in fast-paced situations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures with an emphasis on patient safety
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective perioperative care
  • Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after surgeries
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adherence to all infection control protocols
  • Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently
  • Provide patient advocacy and support throughout the perioperative process
