About the Role...

As a Product Marketing Analyst Lead, you will support and lead in several areas, including B2B SaaS/AI product launches, feature roll outs, sales enablement, and market research. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of product marketing B2B experience, is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and thrives in operating in a fast-paced environment.  


  • This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA.
  • Base Salary Range: $75,000 - 85,000 plus 10% bonus potential


A Day in the Life...

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats. 
  • Create and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.  
  • Support new product launches and point releases of existing products; manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan and report on the success of the campaign.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Solution Consultants to determine product marketing needs. 
  • Identify, create, review, and edit content for various channels including emails, product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, presentations with minimal editing to publish.
  • Ensure execution of sales enablement programs including buyer experience content and training sessions. 
  • Ability to qualify a prospect or customer during a call or at a trade show, discuss the elevator pitch for our solutions. 

About You...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing or equivalent education. 
  • Working toward functionally related certifications or advanced degrees. 
  • Working towards functionally related certification or advanced degrees. Advanced degrees a plus. 
  • Previous experience in the HR tech industry is a plus.
