Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator for the Central Region to join our dynamic team. This individual will be the front line of communication between our customers and internal teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction and a smooth order process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, enter, and manage Sales Orders, including updating order backlog.

Provide product and component compatibility information, with internal guidance.

Assist customers in identifying special component requirements based on application and system conditions.

Review all customer orders for accuracy and release them to the Manufacturing Team.

Expedite emergency orders and proactively communicate delivery updates.

Research and clarify inquiries regarding order status from customers or internal teams.

Monitor the entire order lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a technical understanding of FRP Pressure Vessels and Membrane Filtration Systems
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Strong phone/email etiquette skills with a strong focus on delivering positive customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and as part of a cross-functional environment both internally and externally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Email, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint, Business Central and relevant software tools
- Ability to provide administrative assistance as needed
