Are you a passionate, results-driven leader with a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants? We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to join our team and lead one of our busiest locations to the next level of excellence.
What You’ll Do

Oversee all front and back-of-house operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant

Hire, train, and develop a top-performing team

Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence

Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding service and food quality

Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards

Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor cost control
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume (>$3M/year or >300 guests/day) full-service restaurant
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Proven ability to train and retain high-performing teams
✅ Passion for hospitality and delivering a top-tier guest experience
✅ Financial acumen – comfortable analyzing P&Ls and managing budgets
