Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in O'Fallon, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists while providing hands-on, patient-centered care to a diverse outpatient population.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality outpatient care

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT

Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions

Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs

Document treatments accurately and efficiently using EMR systems

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure positive patient outcomes
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active Illinois PTA License required
-
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

New graduates considered with relevant outpatient clinical rotations

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday-Friday
-
4x9-hour days plus a half day or 5x8-hour days
-
Typical hours: 7:30-8:00 AM start | 5:00-6:00 PM end

No weekends or on-call
