Independent Sales Representative – Medical Aesthetic Devices (Commission based, High Earning Potential)

Apolomed is a global leader in medical aesthetics with over 25 years of expertise and a portfolio of 14 uniquely FDA-cleared devices spanning lasers, IPL, body contouring, PDT, and more. Although less known, we’ve secretly powered many well-known international and U.S. brands with more than 40,000 systems and parts sold worldwide. We operate from our 140,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shanghai, certified under ISO 13485 and MDSAP. Building on this foundation, we are now launching our U.S. subsidiary, featuring a dedicated showroom and service center in New York, with Los Angeles to follow in late 2026, alongside the debut of our newly branded U.S. website in two months. Our mission is to redefine the aesthetics industry - long dominated by overpriced devices and weak after-sales support, by delivering advanced technology, robust warranties, and personalized service at fair and transparent pricing.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for entrepreneurial reps who thrive on performance. The position starts with a commission-only trial period (3–6 months), backed by one of the highest commission rates in aesthetics. Reps who demonstrate results in the trail period will be offered a base salary plus commission, with potential to grow into regional leadership roles.

  • High Commissions: Earn 20–35% per sale

  • Large-ticket Devices: Unit prices range from $30,000–$90,000+ (one sale = $8K–27K commission)

  • Unlimited Earnings Potential: Close just 2 sales a month and earn $200K+ annually. OTE for 10 devices will be 100k +

  • Full Support: Demo units, showroom access, FDA clearances, 2-year warranty, U.S.-based training/service, paid tradeshows and more. After closing company will provide all after sales service. On going clinical research and trials done by our partner doctors.

  • Territory Flexibility: Opportunities available across the U.S. (exclusive regional territories for proven performers)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to build strong connections through frequent calls, visits, and engagement with diverse clients and organizations

  • Proven track record in medical device or capital equipment sales (aesthetics/dermatology/plastics preferred)

  • Must have baseline knowledge about Lasers and Dermatology

  • (optional) have good ties with existing network of users who buy lasers or energy-based devices

  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and confident in closing high-value deals

  • Comfortable in a commission based model. Your prospect are yours. Your own efforts matter !

  • High Communication Skills and Teamwork, ability to self learn / high discipline.

  • Must have prior experience communicating with physicians and dermatologists. Having an ability to understand and discuss scientific approaches and medical concepts.

This is a primarily remote role with strong support from the company, you will spend much of your time prospecting new clients, visiting clinics, conducting device demonstrations, and engaging with doctors. Strong sales experience is essential, along with the determination to build relationships and the insight to not take ‘no’ for an answer immediately.
