Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Focus

Redland, Maryland| Full-Time

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, implement impactful care plans, and work alongside a dedicated group of nursing, rehab, and administrative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents’ physical function and mobility levels
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans to enhance strength, balance, and independence
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and assistive device training
  • Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure holistic care
  • Educate residents and families on home programs, safety, and wellness techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Maryland(or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong clinical skills with a passion for geriatrics and functional outcomes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to individual resident needs
