Job DescriptionAdministrative Clerk
LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, filing, and assisting with daily office needs. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $16 and $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
